New security camera system installed by Rivas TechGroup. They did a great job with the installation and I love my new system. Ivan and his team were highly professional and very customer service oriented. They are extremely knowledgeable about the system. Would highly recommend.

I have worked in the IT space for over 20 years, across enterprise/data centre networking, vendor management and operations. Throughout that time, I've managed internal staff and external contractors tasked with setting up cabling across office and data centre environments.
The work done by the team at Rivas Techgroup was by far the best I have experienced. AJ took his time in ensuring that my (very specific) requirements were understood and actually submitted a design for my review, all whilst offering a far superior price to electricians who quoted for the work.
The team who came to my home overcommunicated every step along the way, and I could not be happier! They very quickly developed an understanding of my level of expertise and experience and spoke to me as an equal throughout.
All of the commissioned work was delivered as agreed with the utmost transparency and professionalism. Even little things such cable management and tidiness were taken *very* seriously, with every area the team touched being vacuumed afterwards, all rubbish taken away and explicit confirmation that everything worked as expected being completed.
I could climb up into my ceiling to run an additional cable drop to carry a few additional things to the patch panel Rivas Techgroup installed, however I'd rather call the team again and have them ensure everything is done properly.

RIVAS TECHGROUP is a quality business that's run by quality people. Ivan and his team were great to work with from the start of the project until it's completion.
I was looking to get Cat6a cable run. I was hoping that there would be a way for me to have a strong wifi signal throughout the home, as well as in various outbuildings. My wife also wanted many 4k security cameras. I wasn't too sure how this was all going to come together.
Ivan shows up on time to give me an estimate and I start telling him all of the networking things that I'd like to happen. We walk around the property and he starts telling me about Ubiquiti products, access points, protect cameras, gigabeams, and the dream machine. Bottom line, Ivan knows his stuff. Also, he's got a great attitude and is really easy to talk to.
Ivan puts together a package for me with Cat6a cable, a dream machine, six access points, nine 4k cameras, a gigabeam, and two network cabinets. He comes in under costs vs a local security company that is offering last generation Ubiquiti equipment as well as less equipment in their bid.
As far as the work was concerned Ivan and his crew were great to have around. Everyone was friendly and professional. The time everyone was to arrive on site was clearly communicated everyday. If they ran into any issues with the equipment it was communicated right away. They explained how they intended to run the cable. It was clear this crew took the job seriously.
The results are dynamite! I've got lightning fast internet on all the floors of my home, in a detached garage, in multiple outbuildings, down a long driveway, and in a large yard. The cameras look better than any cameras I've ever seen.
I'm glad I went with RIVAS TECHGROUP. I plan to hire them for another project in the near future.

Asked Rivas Tech Group to come out and run coax from external cable terminal thru far side of garage up thru attic space and into a home office adding a new wall connection point. Two man crew had the job done with little fuss in about an hour. Something Xfinity wouldn’t do when asked. Happy with the result.
