Beyond satisfied and happy with the work Sophisticated Homes did for me! Had an unknown water leak in my kitchen and my bamboo floors started to turn dark and buckle. Dima and his co-worker came out to see what the issue was and immediately assessed the problem and, upon lifting up some of the flooring, evidence of water was confirmed. I had just had a kitchen remodel and they carefully pulled out a few appliances in order to get the new flooring in all areas. As no further evidence of water, the work was completed in one day. I wholeheartedly recommend Sophisticated Homes to anyone needing any type of floor work!

Dima did quality work and really tried his best to maintain the agreed schedule. The project took a bit longer than expected an he went until super late to try and get it delivered on time. I respect his work ethic and professionalism. Highly would recommend him for any tiling project.

This is the second time I’ve hired them and they absolutely nailed it again! The two brothers showed up right at 7am and worked a solid 12 hours to get the three bedroom carpet-to-hardwood done in just one day. Despite the time pressure, they didn’t take any shortcuts - leveled some uneven flooring that was hidden under the old carpet. Watching them work was honestly impressive - they’re very efficient and don’t mess around. The best part? They cleaned up everything so well that my bedroom was completely ready to sleep in that same night. This crew is always reliable, hardworking, and thorough. Definitely calling them again for any future flooring needs!
