Ivan was the first to show up at our house when I reached out to contractors about the water in our laundry room. He correctly evaluated our situation (a clogged greywater drain that backed up into our laundry room), noting that given the circumstances, the damage to drywall and tile would likely be covered by insurance. He came ready to get to work with all the necessary equipment. He is knowledgeable about water intrusion issues and knew just what to do. He was also happy to work with our insurance company who did indeed cover the full cost of all his work.
After his demo work was complete, he ensured the area was dry to required standards by closely monitoring the moisture in the environment with his equipment. He referred us to a contractor who reconstructed our laundry room including adding new drywall, tile, and paint. We are grateful for Ivan's quick and professional response that helped us get our laundry room back to working order.
