I recently closed on a new home. Reza came to install an independent shut off valve for my outdoor faucet and replace my PRF valve and adjust the pressure. He also updated my angle stops (they were pretty worn) and replaced my air gap (which was gross) and updated my faucet to Kohler. It looks beautiful! I appreciate the quality of parts and his workmanship and educating me on things to look for as I settle in my first home! Thank you Reza!

I had a great experience with Plumbing Excellence. Jose was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had a leak in an external wall that he came to assess. He explained what he was going to do and updated me along the way. He was able to repair the leak and also took the time to check out a water pressure loss in the kitchen sink faucet. I will absolutely use plumbing excellence in the future!!

Jose did a great job replacing some bathroom piping that had so much flaking inside the pipe water couldn’t even go thru it. At first we didn’t know the issue but he very throughly investigated the issue, reported back to me, gave me several options on how to proceed, fixed it in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Works perfect and I would definitely hire Jose with Plumbing Excellence NW again.

Jose and plumbing excellence northwest is now my go to company for plumbing and boiler repairs. I had a tankless combi system installed in my new home in Ballard, and to my dismay it was poorly done, I had nothing but issues.Jose came in, quickly identified all of my issues, gave me a range of options for repairs. I'm confident with the work I had done will be trouble free for years to come. I've already scheduled him to come back in a year to perform my next maintenance!Thanks Jose!!! 10 stars!!
