Niiaz was incredible to work with. We had a broken ice maker and he tried multiple times to diagnose and fix it. He replaced parts, came back to try something new, and was very professional and easy to chat with throughout the entire process. In the end, it turns out our fridge is just too old and broken to fix, and knowing this, he gave us a refund for the part we purchased. Five-stars. Absolutely work with this company.
