Great experience! He was very professional, and reliable. After the initial repair, we noticed the dishwasher door was getting stuck, and he came back again to fix the issue and made sure everything was working properly. We really appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to follow up. Very friendly and responsible — recommend!

Niyaz was very professional throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to my requests, followed up promptly, and arrived on time. He worked hard and did his best to help fix our washer. Although the repair ultimately wasn’t cost-effective, he provided honest, professional advice instead of recommending unnecessary work. I really appreciated his expertise, integrity, and excellent service.

Hired on Thumbtack

Hired Niiaz for a dishwasher repair job. He worked with me more than other places to get a realistic cost estimate. His pricing was transparent and reasonable. He was good at communicating the issue, costs, timeline, potential further problems, etc. Overall he’s a lovely guy - I’m more than happy to support his business. He quickly became my go-to guy to call if I have any appliance issues.
