We had a great experience with Donnie for curtain rod installation. He installed curtain rods for both our tall ceilings and regular windows perfectly. Very professional, punctual, and made sure everything was secure and well-aligned. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend him!

I’m so glad I found Donnie to help with my clogged kitchen drain. I had tried diagnosing the problem myself by taking apart the garbage disposal and P-trap, but both were fairly clean. At that point, I knew it was time to call a professional, and I’m soooo glad I did.
Donnie arrived with a 25-foot drain snake and carefully worked through the blockage, pulling out grease that had built up deep inside the drain line. This was definitely not a job I could have handled myself without risking damage to the pipes or flooding the house.
He also noticed that my drain pipe was too long and had not been installed properly, so he took the time to reinstall my garbage disposal correctly.
On top of that, Donnie explained what I should avoid putting down the drain to help prevent future clogs. His pricing was very reasonable, and he never tried to upsell me on anything.
I only wish more handymen were as skilled, honest, and helpful as Donnie.
Do yourself a favor and hire Donnie for your job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am honest and transparent with pricing. I stick with my original estimate unless there are some unusual things that couldn't be seen.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally like to schedule a phone call to ask questions about a project so that I can give an accurate estimate of labor costs and tools and materials that I may need. A phone consultation is much quicker than texting back and forth and likely can save you money by increasing the chance that i have the right tools and materials for the job.Also having an accurate description and photos helps immensely.

40 years of new construction. remodeling, home repairs,appliance installations and repairs.
