I highly recommend Donnie. As soon as I filled out my request form, he contacted me immediately to learn more about the issue we had with our patio light which was hanging on the wall with exposed wires because the wooden mount had dry rot. Donnie arrived punctual and was able to fix our issue in a timely manner. He removed the dry rot, added a new wooden mount for our light and installed a new junction box. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am honest and transparent with pricing. I stick with my original estimate unless there are some unusual things that couldn't be seen.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally like to schedule a phone call to ask questions about a project so that I can give an accurate estimate of labor costs and tools and materials that I may need. A phone consultation is much quicker than texting back and forth and likely can save you money by increasing the chance that i have the right tools and materials for the job.Also having an accurate description and photos helps immensely.

40 years of new construction. remodeling, home repairs,appliance installations and repairs.
