Pure Air Cooling & Heating - did an amazing job of furnace maintenance at my investment property in Sammamish. Very easy to coordinate and quick/clear with their responses. No hidden fees and a clear description of what will be included in maintenance. They were also the only one with high reviews but one of the lowest quote I got overall. I will be definitely hiring them again in future.

Very quick response from my initial request for tankless water heater maintenance. They are able to give me a quote after a phone call and me sending a few pictures of the water heater. Explained what will be done via the maintenance. Meanwhile, I have other companies quoted me way more and asked for onsite consultation. So I decided to go with Pure. Made an appointment. They called prior to arrival. They arrived on time. Performed the job and communicated with everything they have done. I am very satisfied and recommend them highly to others.

I got a call within minutes of requesting a quote on thumbtack then Sean was able to come out to my house the same night within an hour. Our heat had suddenly stopped working and we were burning money trying to stay warm with our gas fireplace. Sean was able to find and fix the issue, then performed routine maintenance that I didn’t know I needed. Highly recommend Pure Air Cooling and Heating!

I had a fantastic experience with Anthony when he repaired my heater, which was having issues with the pressure switch. He conducted a detailed and thorough inspection, pinpointing a problem that wasn’t immediately obvious. Not only did he find an effective solution, but he also took the time to explain everything with details.
