After my initial message to them through Thumb Tack, I received a phone call from Anthony in under one minute. Sean, the technician was over at my place an hour later and was able to diagnose and perform the required maintenance on my gas fire place without having to schedule a new appointment. The price was reasonable for their expertise and service. Sean explained everything he was doing, which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely hire again!

I had begun to self-install a Nest Thermostat, but then the install instructions returned “Do not proceed, have professional installation”. So I went on this site, and put in a request. Peter arrived in about an hour. He clearly knew what to do, and he explained it as he did, answering my questions as he went. He checked everything (heat pump/AC, furnace, blower, filters, their electrical connections) and he installed the thermostat and tested it. As I had just purchased the house, he went through the regular maintenance services needed for the systems, what his company provides, and I plan to use them. Was the fastest and easiest experience I’ve ever had with a home system provider’s staff person. Everything now works, and I know what I need to do to keep it that way.
