I had an excellent experience with this provider through Thumbtack. He came out to diagnose an issue with my furnace and were incredibly professional and patient throughout the process. I was most impressed by his integrity—he didn't find any actual issue, and didn't try to 'push' an expensive diagnosis or pressure me into unnecessary repairs just to get the job. He even provided the diagnosis at no charge. It is rare to find such honest service these days. I will definitely be reaching out for any future needs!
