I had Northwest Electric install a Tesla wall connector charger in my garage, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician was punctual and professional throughout — he coordinated the appointment time in advance and showed up exactly when expected.
Pricing was fair and reasonable for the quality of work. He clearly knew what he was doing, recommending the right breaker for the job, installing it correctly, and pulling the necessary permit. He’s also following up to get the inspection scheduled.
The installation itself was very neat. He had to cut into the drywall to run the wiring, but he gave me a heads-up before doing it, and the cuts were clean and precise. Drywall repair isn’t part of the installation package, but he went the extra mile to explain how I could patch it myself with a quick YouTube tutorial, for just a few dollars in materials.
Overall, professional, tidy work at a fair price. Highly recommended for anyone getting an EV charger installed.
