Jesus is an exceptional service technician. He phoned ahead and arrived on time. Jesus explained the entire gas fireplace service process. He is very friendly, courteous and efficient. He assured me that the fireplace is in good working order and just needed a good cleaning and glow embers replaced for optimal gas circulation. He prepared the floor area with a large mat. He showed me how to properly removed the door and glass cover. Hes the best! Price is fair for the service.
