BTRON employee, Mathew, is a gifted craftsman. He removed old outdated granite vanity top; replaced with new light marble top, sink, and faucet. As usual working with old vanity in old home has challenges. Mathew was able to make it all look new, squared, level and fit seamlessly. His finish work, that we look at everday, (like the caulking) is great. I appreciated Mathew's knowledge on how to get the job done; his professional and engaging demeanor; and efficency. I look forward to using BTRON on my next project.

Our technician was extremely customer oriented. He was not trying to oversell on what had to be done for this particular job, but offered the most economical solution for our needs. I really appreciated this part of his performance. In addition, he knocked it out of the park with the quality of his work. The part of our experience that stood out the most was his willingness to assist in sourcing materials online. We proceeded to order the materials at Home Depot, and agreed to do the project in two parts. However, while he was at the store, he noticed that the items were in stock. He immediately called us to confirm if we wanted him to pick them up for us so that the job could be finished in one sweep. Amazing, that is what I call exceptional customer service. Furthermore, he was very friendly, asked for our names and actually remembered it throughout the time with us. Kudos on a job well done. I would surely recommend and use them again.

They just completed work for our home. Brought all my issues that we were hoping to get correction today, sink leakage, garage door not working. Did a wonderful job with the sink leakage, also checked other things and gave us insight on what their opinion was which we appreicate immensely. Very thorough, on time, detailed, communicative, responsive. Incredible work! Will be using them next time.
Our house was complicated in regards to it being part of a divorce case and they were detailed and on the road to providing what we need including receipts and documentation. Awesome work!

For smaller service or handyman tasks, we focus on specifics through a FaceTime or Zoom session to ensure precise assessments. For electrical, plumbing, and emergency home services, we charge a service call fee of $125 plus tax. Handyman services require a two-hour minimum. Once the project scope is clearly defined, we swiftly schedule the work, fitting it into our next available opening to get your project started without delay.
