We hired East Renovations to demo lath and plaster walls, replace and install insulation and re-drywall the walls. They had to blend into some existing walls, work around our schedule (as we did some work ourselves between demo and drywall) and then install drywall on uneven studs in a 120 year old house. They did an excellent job while keeping things clean in the rest of our house. Overall, great and professional experience.

Gustavo and his team is excellent.
We had a great experience with this painting team. They were professional, punctual, and paid close attention to detail throughout the project. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and they took the time to ensure everything was completed properly, including prep work and cleanup.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the project was completed on schedule. The finished paint job looks fantastic and has completely refreshed our home. We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality painting services.

Gustav and his team are pleasure to work with. My husband I have been delaying home renovation due to not having been able to find a bid that seem credible and/or affordable, and the team that are responsive while not pushy. but we are glad we finally found a good team of home renovation pros. They are real gentlemen with good spirit and competent with their work related to various home renovation tasks. They are hardworking, calm, organized, neat, harmonious, and trustworthy. They are good at painting, trouble-shooting electric problems, doors, and sheet rock work, installing closet doors, and patching holes, and you name it, etc. I feel I can trust them with all of the general home repair and Gustav will communicate what he can do and not in his realm clearly not to mislead into a hazy project. I recommend him and his team.

We had a water leak of our balcony and after the dry out, Gustavo and his partner did a great job. There were certain things I wanted done (painting the entire ceiling and insulation) and he was flexible and accommodating. They kept the space tidy and put everything back together nicely after. You cant even see where the drywall seams are!

Gustavo and his team are really wonderful to work with. They are very responsive and completed the work on time and within budget. They kept the workspace clean and made sure to cover everything in plastic so we didn't get too much dust everywhere. After they finished, we had one small issue with the flooring because of an uneven subfloor. I texted Gustavo and he came back that very same day to fix the issue. Our new flooring and drywalls look great. I will definitely use them again for any future work!
