Tommy is fantastic! We had an issue where 3 outlets, 4 light switches, and 1 fan switch weren't working. We had 2 different guys who work in construction take a look at it and both were stumped and told us to get an electrician. We were fearing the worst case scenario. Thank goodness I found Tommy's number. He came quickly to Bothell all the way from Fremont and got everything working quickly without cutting into any walls. He also replaced a GFCI and a couple of outlets that were sketchy. He is knowledgeable, kind, funny, and efficient. He is saved in our contacts now and I would definitely call him again if needed. His pricing is very fair and reasonable, I appreciate the integrity and would much rather my money go directly to the person who does the real work and not to pay for marketing or office space. If you're a down to earth person who wants no nonsense handyman/electrical help, give this man a call!

    I always give a phone estimate so the customer has a good idea of what to expect ahead of scheduling a service call.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I use a simple system that includes initial discussion, an upfront job estimate and a scheduled day, 1) Upon arrival, I perforn a complete walk through where the customer gets to discuss their job. 2) It's at THIS POINT the customer makes his final decision to approve the work to be done. There is no charge if the customer declines for ANY reason.
