FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transparent, upfront pricing. Small jobs often have a flat rate, and appliance diagnostics are $40, which goes toward the final cost if a repair is done. For handyman work, the hourly rate is $63 with a $75 minimum. I don’t charge hidden fees — everything is agreed upon before the job starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project and confirming expectations — scope, timeline, and price. I arrive on time with the right tools, complete the work efficiently and professionally, and clean up afterward. I stay in communication with the customer at every step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in civil and industrial construction engineering, and over 6 years of experience managing large residential and industrial projects. In the U.S., I specialize in home services, handyman tasks, and appliance repair — with both field and technical experience.
