Thays has been working with us for almost 5 years. She is one of the best house cleaners we have had. She is thorough, efficient, and completely trustworthy. Thay was very responsive and flexible to accommodate our request to come the next day. A few areas that I would have liked to see improved listed below:
- The towels that were organized and folded were put in our bedroom closet as oppose to in the bathroom, where they would typically go
- The towels under the bathroom sink were pretty much thrown under the sink as oppose to being folded nicely
-We expected a little organization as well, but seems like everything was just thrown in drawers.
-We expected the place to smell clean when we had come back but there was no kind of clean smell in the apartment.
-Shampoos and soaps in the bathroom were not organized or neatly put together.
Thay is really nice and we are very appreciative of her work, however for the cost, we expected more.

Hi Joe I'm sorry if I not reached your expectations, however I would like to clarify some details first I did not put all the towels in the bathroom because you guys had not enough space. second I not arranged your drawers because we do not combined closet organizations in arranged to fold the clothes so I had the good intention of trying to look for places to put your things however had many things scattered by the ground so I tried to find a way to organize best. Third about the smell I'm not anticipated to use products with smell because I saw that you had a baby at home so I try to use neutral soap and Clorox only inside the bathroom. About the time I do not you judge not have notion of time, but we work a lot in your house because as you asked we clean the inside of your refrigerator took all the losers and spoiled product, wash your sheet and all the clothes es dirty and doubled and also cleaned up all your windows and basebords, your kitchen we wash their dishes and clean all cabinets out and keep all the things about counter, we clean your stove and your microwave in the room to your baby I tried to make it organized because they had toys everywhere I spent the vacuum under your bed and within all closed and so I think this was a fair price

Thays was outstanding! I didn't know my faucets could shine like they are now. She cleaned the pans under my burners so they look new- I thought I was going to have to replace them. All of her other cleaning was outstanding. She explained what she was going to do, asked for my opinion and worked with me. I would be pleased to recommend her to anybody. We will be using her regularly.
