She showed up on time and gave very thoughtful design ideas attentive to scale. I had contacted her just about our bathroom but because we had extra time, she gave us ideas to use in other rooms that weve incorporated to improve flow in our house. Thank you!!

We consulted Freshen on our kitchen remodel. She was very responsive and came to visit shortly after. She arrived on time, and started working right away. She listened carefully on our request and provide her feedback. She was very organized and walked up through the entire design details within the hour. She adjusted her suggestion based on our request and was able to take the existing design into consideration so that the new design would match the house without too much modifications. She was also able to provide personalized suggestions that accounts for the family needs. Overall, I feel the hour was quite productive and well worth it. I would highly recommend Freshen. Thanks

After locally "shopping" around for different interior designers, I decided to go with Freshen Design after reviewing samples of the interior design work they've previously done and based on my positive discussions with the owner, Francine. I found Francine to be attentive to my needs-- she has a very keen eye for design and she tried her best to work with my budget. Whenever I raised any concerns, she took the time to listen and consider my opinion or needs. She was completely transparent when outlining the pros and cons of different design options. There were several instances where she went above and beyond to deliver the results I was looking for. Overall, extremely happy with the results and several friends have already complimented on my home's transformation!

Our fee structure: project fee + discounted retainer fee = $110 average hourly rate

1) Complete our New Client Questionnaire - basic get-to-know-you and your lifestyle questions. 2) Schedule an In-Home Consultation - during this consult, we discuss the pros and cons of your current space as well as future design goals. We establish your timeline, scope of work, and ideally a budget. 3) Provide written proposal/contract
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- 9 years in interior design and home staging - 18 successful years in the fashion industry, which included owning & operating a prominent highend boutique - B.S. degree in buying and merchandising
