Introduction: I help families and individuals create a life they love to live at home, school and work. As a licensed marriage, family and child therapist, my focus is on relationships and how we navigate all the different systems in our lives - educationally, professionally, socially and emotionally. My specialization is facilitating the gifted and creative through crisis and confusion; people who have innate talent and insight but may not be meeting expectations or potential often feel lost and discouraged. Everyone needs to feel seen and heard and have a range of powerful life options. Coming from a compassionate, positive and solution-focused orientation (as opposed to problem focused), I combine therapeutic activities with coaching solutions to help you find your way towards fulfilling your purpose and passion.
