My name is Hillary Hitz. I am the owner of Hitz Legal Services. I was raised in Bellingham and graduated from Whatcom Community College in 2018 with a degree in paralegal studies. My journey took an exciting turn when I discovered process serving during an internship, igniting my passion for this profession. In 2021, I relocated to King County to launch Hitz Legal Services, where I apply my expertise and commitment to the community. As a lifelong Washington resident, I am dedicated to providing my clients with integrity and professionalism.

I hired Hillary to locate and serve a person that had no permanent address. Hillary immediately began working to locate the person and communicated with me any updates they had on finding the person. Within days her team had located and served the person. They followed up the next business day with a proof of service for me to file with the court. I will definitely use Hitz Legal Services again.

Hillary was incredibly helpful throughout this process. She communicated very clearly and was able to accommodate an easy and efficient hand off of the documents. My documents were served to the other party within 24 hours of our original meeting. I would use her service again in a heartbeat.
