Hired for move out cleaning for my 2 bed , 1 bath appt. They did a grt job of cleaning the house. the appt home looked almost like it was when we moved in around 2.5 yrs ago. i got the full refund from the landlord on returning the keys. Will definitely recommend them for any cleaning jobs.

Pros: Good quality work! Quick start date from bid! Adjusted to unknown issues (rot & holes)
Opportunities: clear schedule of work (start time each day, estimate of days), better communication & responsiveness during project as issues arose. No use of tarps to protect landscaping as stated in contract.
Would rehire, but would suggest a clear agreement on schedule, communication expectations & cleanliness
