Diamond Tile was contracted to repair a very poor job done in our bathroom remodel. They had to demolition the prior work, and build out the bathroom shower area correctly. Once they were completed, the work was 5 Star. The bathroom looked amazing. Grout lines were filled and even, the trim was in place and correct. The whole process was absolutely professionally completed. They went over and above to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. We also had them complete the Kitchen backsplash at the same time. Again, professionally completed. The workmanship was excellent, and they completed exactly how and what was agreed to. We would use Diamond Tile again in the future as they were professional, and honest.

Brian (owner) was very quick to respond and provided a fair quote; he was willing to work with us to get the project within our budget. Each time we needed to be in contact with him, he responded quickly. The worker who installed the tile, Alex, was fantastic. He did great work and made sure that if he had any questions or issues, he brought them to us. He wanted to do the job right the first time, so that he didn't waste time redoing work. Alex was careful to keep our carpet and floors clean as he moved through the house; he was friendly and treated our house with resepect. The project did go two weeks over the projected timeline (4 weeks instead of 2), but that wasn't a problem for us as we knew that the design was complicated and were willing to give extra time to make sure that it was done correctly. Also, we did most of the remodeling of the bathroom ourselves, so it was clear that we knew what we were doing, so I'm sure that there was extra pressure on Alex to make sure that the project was done right. We were very pleased with the work that was done and the price that we paid and would definately hire Diamond Tile again.
