- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing has been worked out to reflect the high quality equipment used while staying competitive in the market. Discounts are available for Winter events and bookings 6 or more months in advance. Check with me for other specials that I will also offer while discussing the event with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have everything organized with software so I will not miss a step. Start with contact, details and then proposal. After that, we set calendar dates for all follow ups and event details. Day of event, we are all yours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ Years running & Maintaining sound systems. Electronics & Automation Engineer by trade and Bachelor education.
