- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every situation is different. Most of our work is priced out after we determine what needs to be done. Situations like house ants we can quote a price over the phone. We prefer to assess the situation before quoting a price, so we can give an accurate cost to you, the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically set up a time to come out, and inspect the property. After determining what needs to be done, we will have the customer sign a permission to do the work estimate. This is provided from the technicians phone, and sent to the customer in a pdf format. We care about the environment and are a paperless company. All invoices and estimates are emailed to our customers immediately after the service. We do not require a contract as we believe our work should stand on its own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a structural pest control operator. I also have my wood destroying pest endorsement. I am green pro certified and an expert in intergrated pest management techniques. As a pest control operator, I am required to maintain a certain amount of credits, each year, to keep my license. This is accomplished with training classes, and online tools.
