I don't leave reviews often, but Paul at All American Services absolutely earned this one. As the owner, he could have sent someone else — but he showed up himself, on time, professional, and ready to work. That says everything about how he runs his business. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in plain language without talking down to us, and got it done efficiently without cutting corners. No upselling, no runaround, no inflated bill — just honest, skilled work from someone who clearly takes pride in what he does. There's a big difference between a company that's just in it for the paycheck and one where the owner personally stands behind every job. Paul is the latter. When the owner is the one showing up and doing the work, you know the standard is going to be high — and it was. If you're in the Lacey area and need a plumber you can actually trust, look no further. We'll be calling All American Services again without hesitation and recommending them to everyone we know.

What a guy!! It was difficult for him to reach out to us through no fault of his own. He made a second attempt and returned again. Went right to work, did a great install, and disconnected an item which we no longer need. Will definitely use his services again when we need a plumber.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a family-owned and operated business and understand plumbing can get expensive. We try to work with our customers as much as possible when it comes to pricing. We do give senior and military discounts and do not charge a fee to estimate jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call to set your appointment, you will talk to an office staff member who will go over the plumbing issue with you, gather your information, and book a time and day that works best for you. In some cases, we will put you in direct contact with our plumber to go over any questions you may have prior to booking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10,000-Hour Apprenticeship through UA Local 501 Plumbers in Chicago Ill.
