It was a Saturday and my water heater was leaking. Once I reached out he was at our house quickly. He looked at the water heater and even went into the crawl space under our house to be thorough. While he was there he took video to show us the problem. He had to order a part and was back that same Sunday. He explained the issues and how he was going to fix it. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and the cost was reasonable considering it was a weekend. I highly recommend this business and will use them again if I have any more issues.
