- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of the project—equipment needed, access to the site, material haul-off, and time on the job. We don’t charge hidden fees and we’re happy to walk you through every cost up front. We do offer discounts for larger or bundled projects, and we can work within your budget to find practical solutions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. Once you reach out, we’ll ask a few questions, then schedule an on-site visit to see the property in person. After that, we’ll give you a detailed quote and timeline. We aim to be clear and realistic from the start—so you know exactly what to expect. If everything looks good, we get you on the schedule and keep you updated throughout the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew has years of hands-on experience running heavy machinery, managing site prep, and executing both demolition and landscape design projects across the Seattle area. We’ve trained under seasoned operators and continually stay up-to-date with safety standards and best practices.
