- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a $20 deposit to hold the date and event, which will be included with the total at the end. No refunds for cancellations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
May text or email. Discussion upon the details. We may phone the day before to Make sure it’s still a done deal, and also any changes or additions to what have you. Payment upon leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Catering, culinary school, and restaurant management training and experience. 15 years in the restaurant industry.
