Nice job done by Clayton...very friendly and easy to work with. Great job cleaning dirty gutters and treating moss. Will continue routine maintenance with him. Appreciated his reliability and communication. Will refer him to others!!

He cleaned out the gutters and our roof and a balcony area for us - came the day after I requested a quote. Was nice and professional to our tenant, and understanding in dealing with a long distance landlord. We will be using him again, thanks!

Clayton was there when he said they would be and finished earlier than I anticipated. The job was done to my expectations doing an excellent job on both the roof and the gutters. I would hire Forest Home Maintenance services without hesitation when the roof and gutters require another cleaning.

Clayton quickly responded and completed the work (gutter and roof cleaning) needed just as quickly. He was professional and recommended some needed repairs as well. Reasonable in price. He did need to increase the original cost by $20 because neither of us saw the entire roof to determine there was more that needed to be removed than originally estimated.but the increased cost was understandable, in my estimation. I would hire agan.

I will definitely continue to use Forest Home Maintenance and highly recommend his services. Clayton Smith did an excellent job on the roof and gutter cleaning. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. He's extremely conscientious, has high work ethics, made extra repairs on things I wasn't aware of that needed fixing and included that work in the cost which was at a great value price. He's very thorough and honest. Definitely one of the best contractors I've dealt with.
