Highly recommend! Baily just spent the past 2 days at our home refinishing our primary shower and repairing several cracks in the guest tub and they both turned out so great! The repair is hardly noticeable (unless you know what you're looking for) and the refinishing work makes the entire room look refreshed and updated without a full demo or remodel. He gave updates throughout the entire project, communicated arrival times to the minute, and was happy to give recommendations and ideas for other projects or products as well.Baily was so easy to work with and an absolute delight to chat with. Not only did he do great work, but he was incredibly respectful of our house (and our dog!) and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. Baily and his company provide great value and a great experience.

Outstanding service! Recommend anyone who would need a tub or a shower restoration! We bought a house few years ago. The bathtub, in one of the bathroom, had a large hard rusty stain. We could not remove it even with the professional maid service. We decided to replace a tub. We got a pricy estimate for it. We would have to remove tile around the tub first and remove a part of the wall around the tub. And that was just the beginning. We were facing a major bathroom renovation project. Instead of doing all of that, we contacted PNW Tub & Shower restoration service. Baily worked on the tub for few hours. He made it look like new! Baily is good communicator. He explained what is involved in the restoration process and answered all my questions. He arrived in time and did an outstanding work. Recommend 100%.
