- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on Labor time to complete the job at fair market value (our earnings), plus Materials if not provided (We charge customers our discounted price of paint and typical materials needed to complete the job) & Business Operations Costs (Excise Tax, City tax Operations Cost is the typical cost to operate our business during your job)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to know the full scope of the job to provide you with the best service possible. So we offer Free in person Estimates to assess the surface to be painted, so nothing gets overlooked that might not be noticeable in photos or videos. This also gives us a chance to have you explain exactly what you're looking for, and allows us to answer any questions you may have for us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 14 years of experience in the construction trades. We've done a little of everything from the ground up. My husband Matt apprenticed under a 30 year Carpenter and Painter for 3 and a half years, before working for other contractors. Later he ran his own company with a partner in Port Angeles WA before moving to the Oregon Coast worked for a Painting Company in Pacific City OR. Then we decided to move to Longview and set our family's roots here and started NW Revival Painting & Construction LLC our primary focus is Interior and Exterior Painting.
