Johnny arrived earlier than the appointment, to solve our issue at earliest convenience. He provided great communication and fixed the water leakage issue with a few hours. We’ve also compared with others and the prices are more reasonable.

David with Seattle's plumbing proved to be a cut above the rest when it came to service. We had a complete teardown/rebuilding of a home which included moving the location of the house (to better utilize the view) and our project came to a standstill when we had to re-allocate the existing sewer main in a manner that would appease both the civil and geotech engineers. David was brought on and his knowledge of code and expertise not only appeased the worry of the engineers but also got the work needed done in a timely manner which allowed our project to move forward to the next stage. Will definitely be referring him to friends and family!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $79 trip charge to come take a look at your issue. If the quote to perform the repair is accepted, the trip charge is discounted from the total.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send a trip charge quote through Jobber which is the software we use for invoices, scheduling etc. There is a client portal where customers can accept quotes, request changes, pay invoices, and more.
After the quote is accepted, we schedule a date and time to come out and take a look at your issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year we are required to take continuing education courses to be able to renew our licenses. This year I took an additional 4 day long, 9-5 CITC course for code updates. My continuing education credits were
