NW Janitorial has been great at fulfilling their tasks. We had no issues on the first cleaning and they have been very accommodating of our schedule. The cleaning was thorough and in a very timely fashion.

They are flexible straight forward business. Just asked for bathrooms cleaned gave them the dimensions and they gave me a great price. Can't complain work is exceptional. No hassle no bs no appointment no walk through simple. They on auto pilot just come and clean and it is perfect.

Thorough cleaning of 2 bathrooms and kitchen/dining room floors, countertops, stove top, etc.
They did exactly as I asked. They were very quiet and efficient and did an excellent job. I was very pleased particularly with my two sparkling bathrooms. I am definitely having them continue to clean for me.

Mimi's crew was on-time, efficient and professional. They did a wonderful and thorough cleaning if my 1100 sq ft condo in just under 1.5 hours! Look forward to getting my condo cleaned by her on a reoccurring basis!

Knock, knock on my door at the scheduled time. Absolutely wonderful. Luis and his helper were hard workers. Luis was totally efficient plus so,so nice. I enjoyed talking to him. There was no difference in price that I was quoted unlike other carpet cleaners we have had before. It seems once they get into your house they offer this and that.Since we just put our dog down it was important to have the carpets cleaned but also deodorized I would highly recommend NW Janitorial. I got 4 quotes and they were the lowest so I was concerned. I worried for nothing. Next time I call to get my carpets cleaned I will call NW Janitorial and will ask for Luis. Thanks.
