We contacted Thumback when I found myself in an unsolvable mess while trying to hang a new front door. Abdul responded the same day I called. He located the problem quickly and fixed it thoroughly using his height and heft to advantage.
We were so impressed we asked him about a related problem which turned out to be more complicated. Fixing it took more time.
Then we showed him a remodel program we were planning for the spring. We were impressed by his discussion of the approach he would use. We told him we would call him in March.
We couldn't be happier with Abdul's workmanship and with his polite, straight-forward manner. We congratulated ourselves on having found a gem of a workman we can call on with confidence.
