FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers will need a detailed quote to see an accurate project cost. Detailed quotes protect from extra, unexpected expenses in the end as well. Whereas some providers may offer minimal prices, added fees may be tacked on that make the project more costly than initially expected. We aim to be transparent and honest in our pricing, so there are no unexpected charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While I have an experienced crew that works with me, I am also present on every jobsite throughout the duration of the project—overseeing every last detail. Our craftsmanship is of the highest quality found anywhere—something I'm very proud of. Over the years, I have enjoyed meeting or exceeding the expectations of many happy clients, and I'm honored that we have received an Angie's List Super Service Award for excellence in customer service and quality workmanship each year for the past 10 years. Since nearly 75% of our business comes through referrals, each client's satisfaction is extremely important to me. We strive to deliver exceptional results—for every customer, every time. My hope is that we will earn the opportunity to meet or exceed your expectations too. Thank you for considering NW Premium Hardwood Floors for your next project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not knowing the language at first, my uncle took us in to work with him in his hardwood flooring business. He had been in this business for over twenty years, and was considered an expert by all accounts. My brothers and I worked side-by-side with our uncle on a daily basis. Eventually, we became experienced enough to be able to go out on projects by ourselves, and finish them to the level of quality he expected and was known for by his customers. Over time, he taught us everything he knew—passing on his extensive knowledge and experience in this craft. After several years of working for my uncle, I decided to fully pursue the “American Dream” and go out on my own—starting my very own hardwood flooring business. Over eighteen years and hundreds of satisfied customers later, I still really enjoy my work! We do all kinds of projects, and the constant variety is what keeps things interesting, and makes this job so fun for me.
