We price based on the size, condition, and level of detail needed for each home so we can provide accurate and fair pricing. We focus heavily on quality, communication, and consistency rather than rushing through jobs. We also offer adjusted rates for recurring maintenance cleanings once a home has been fully reset to our standard.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning more about the home, priorities, and expectations for the project. From there, we provide a detailed quote and confirm scheduling. For larger homes or detailed projects, we may recommend a walkthrough to make sure everything is properly assessed. Communication is very important to us throughout the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has experience with residential deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, recurring maintenance cleaning, and property turnover preparation. We focus heavily on attention to detail, presentation, organization, and maintaining consistent cleaning standards across every project.
