Alexandra’s team is the best cleaning service we have ever had - hands down! And we have had a lot of great cleaners, but she takes cleaning to a whole new level. They want to make sure the job is done right and time spent making the house clean to my expectations isn’t an issue. We have been utilizing NW Professional Cleaning Services for about 3 months now and recently had a our first “deep clean” service. They were at the house all day (literally) and it was money well spent. Another plus - I bring up details previously missed and most companies would come up with an excuse - Alexandra appreciates the feedback. That is why I am so happy with their services. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love everything about Alexandra and crew! She responded to my inquiry right away, messaged to find a time to talk to get more details of what I would like, and followed up through and through about everything! This was a gift to my daughter's family and they, too, appreciated (and amazed!) at the work Alexandra's crew accomplished. I would have chosen all 5 categories above (including "value" and "punctuality"). I personally did some house cleaning on the side so I know how much work it takes. But most importantly, I feel safe and comfortable entrusting my daughter's family's house with her. Thank you for your work Alexandra and crew!

Alexandra and her team deliver great quality cleaning at a very good price. I have a town home that went through renovation which means there's a lot of dust and Alexandra did a great job making my house sparkling clean. I highly recommend her for cleaning services.
