Legacy painting was always on top of the timelines. They presented a quote within 24 hours. Their quote was one of the best and they added painting door in the same quote. The initial signing was efficient and we scheduled painting as soon as weather changed for better. Painting was done quickly, minor things remaining were quickly taken care of. Jeff made sure I was always in the loop and gave me timely updates.
I would recommend legacy painting for all work (including future work for myself).

They completed pressure washing on one day and prep and paint on the next. Very fast and efficient with very little cleanup needed. Just hired Legacy to paint the exterior of my home and they did a beautiful job. They responded quickly, were very attentive, and the crew did excellent work. They had a lot of prep work to do and still completed the job in two days. They made it a point to remedy any concern I had (which was minimal at best) and allowed us to thoroughly inspect the home before signing off. All in all, a fantastic company to work with!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very transparent, we include tax, and we do not offer fake “feel good discounts”. Many companies up charge their quote like crazy, just so they can put a discount to make it seem like they are giving you a great deal. We do not do that and we do not pressure our clients with “sign by this date to receive this discount”
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Paint product is huge. A lot of people look for the lowest bid while overlooking the product that is being used on their home. Our goal is to make your paint job last the next 10-15 years. Some products only last 3-5.
