- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the amount (volume) and type of material being removed, along with the labor involved. We provide free estimates and always confirm the price before starting the job. There are no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking for a few photos and details about what needs to be removed. From there, we can usually provide an estimate or schedule a free on-site estimate. Once the price is approved, we handle the removal, hauling, cleanup, and disposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional hands-on experience in junk removal, hauling, customer service, and demolition work. My experience has taught me how to safely and efficiently remove everything from household junk and furniture to larger demolition debris.
