I've been practicing medical massage for 10 years, and work primarily with people who are struggling to resolve chronic pain and joint mobility issues. The holistic bodywork protocols combine: advanced massage techniques (like myofascial release, hot stones, hydrotherapy, essential oil therapy and cupping massage) + guided relaxation and meditation + self-care strategy sessions.
