- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Navi's Catering Kitchen trys to communicate right away with our customers and focuses on each detail of every request to make sure nothing has been missed. We then create a detailed proposal for our customers and take the time to walk through it to answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Navi attended Fiji National University majoring in Culinary Arts. Chef Navi also attends food and beverage trade shows, conferences, and seminars to stay up to date with current culinary information.
