I was so incredibly impressed by Paul and his team. Not only were they extremely responsive, they were also maintained integrity. When they inspected our roof, they determined it was too damaged to clean and instead we would need a full roof replacement. Instead of charging us for the cleaning, they gave us their honest recommendation. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Erik (one of the nicest people you'll ever meet) went overboard to clean an out-of-the-way flat roof area on our home that has two interior drains that require seasonal flushing. His attitude and work ethic were exemplary, and he did a marvelous job. (Be sure to ask for him by name).

They came out and cleaned the roof after we had a big wind storm. There was some miscommunication about a detached garage, but Elite Gold followed up and completed the job as promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know! Great owner and great customer service! If there were 6 stars allowed, I would post it.
