JNA services came out to diagnose a sprinkler head that wasn’t getting enough water pressure to it to make the head function. They started with the least invasive methods to get to the root cause before ultimately having to dig up several other sprinkler heads and run down lines, cut tree roots, etc. to get to the root cause(s) (in this case there were two root causes) of the issue. They ultimately had to replace 3 sprinkler heads and run a new shallow line from one head to another. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and walking me through everything they were doing along the way. Final costs seemed pretty fair given how long they were here and the time it took to diagnose and repair the issue. Would definitely use them again.

My sprinkler heads were not rising up and I thought they are broken. John identified the problem which is water leaking and quickly located the spot. It was professionalism and a complete satisfaction workin with John. I’m enjoying watching all heads rising up like they are dancing!
