JNA services came out to diagnose a sprinkler head that wasn’t getting enough water pressure to it to make the head function. They started with the least invasive methods to get to the root cause before ultimately having to dig up several other sprinkler heads and run down lines, cut tree roots, etc. to get to the root cause(s) (in this case there were two root causes) of the issue. They ultimately had to replace 3 sprinkler heads and run a new shallow line from one head to another. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and walking me through everything they were doing along the way. Final costs seemed pretty fair given how long they were here and the time it took to diagnose and repair the issue. Would definitely use them again.

JNA saved my day before 7:00am. I woke up to a busted irrigation control valve that was spewing water uncontrollably. John was able to respond to my urgent messages within minutes and was at my house resolving the issue within the hour. Other professionals weren't even able to get back to me before John stopped the water and saved my day.
