My experience with Twin was excellent. Austin, the owner, did a fantastic job on my tankless waterheater install, which was complicated by the fact that he had to run a gas line for our propane system to power it. All work was done with the utmost care and professionalism. I highly recommend Twin to anyone looking to replace their tank waterheater with a tankless!

I got the call from my tenant at 6AM sunday morning "our floor is under 2 inches of water!" I sent a text to Austin a few minutes later. By 6:30 to my surprise he was texting me back from out of town no less (3 hours away). He said "I should be there by 2. I will pick up a new waterheater on the way. Will get it done today". Are you kidding me? Not since doctors were making house calls does service like this exist! Turns out we had a more complex situation with power vents and gas, but he suggested a tankless upgrade and all went smoothly the next day. Fair price. Good family. Raised right. Local. I recommend with full confidence.

We had a great experience working with Austin to have our waterheater replaced. He gave us an estimate based on photos sent but also came to the house to look at the job and explain what he would do, warranty information and a price. He did a very clean job and explained our options on getting the flooring dry. We recommend Twin WaterHeater LLC if you need a water tank replacement.
