My experience with Twin was excellent. Austin, the owner, did a fantastic job on my tankless waterheaterinstall, which was complicated by the fact that he had to run a gas line for our propane system to power it. All work was done with the utmost care and professionalism. I highly recommend Twin to anyone looking to replace their tank waterheater with a tankless!

Thank you Shannon!

Austin was great! He sent me a couple quotes to look at. The company kept me posted on his arrival. He was very professional, nice & knowledgeable. He was less expensive than other "big" companies. I would highly recommend him and his company and will be referring business his way. I could have not asked for a better experience in replacing my hot water tank.
Twin Water Heater LLC's reply
Terri, I really appreciate you taking the time to share this. It means a lot that you’d recommend Twin Water Heater LLC and refer others our way.

The waterheater had started leaking and they were able to send over Austin and get it replaced the same day. He was friendly and professional, and seemed knowledgeable as he was able to answer any questions I had.

Thank you Ann! Pet that little void for me!

Austin is very personable and polite. Extremely knowledgeable. Great communication skills. Kept to the installation time window. Installed a reputable USA made gas waterheater, Bradford White, that I believe will give me years of good service. Thank you.

Thank you Sharon!

Austins communication was outstanding. Helped solve issues with our hot waterheater the same day, and with our property management company quickly. Our tenants are happy to have the waterheater fixed quickly, and Im happy to have called them. Already referred them to another friend

Thanks Gene! And thank you for the referral!!
