I had an issue with bathroom fan condensation. Ivan came over and saw that it's just a matter of a few missing screws, fixed it and didn't even ask for a payment, so I hired him to do more electrical work around the house - replacing switches and thermostats. All were done perfectly, with courteous service. He was always responsive throughout the process.

Ivan is super knowledgeable in his profession. He is so meticulous, professional, honest and dedicated. I was very satisfied with the work done for me by NAVI. Not only was the work done right, they actually fixed an existing problem with my entry-way dimmer switch that they discovered when replacing my current chandelier. They installed a dining room light, and also a trio/ pendant light over my stove. The one thing they couldn’t do for me was do a patch for the kitchen ceiling and put in a duct for the two fans they replaced upstairs, for which they provided contacts to address. I enthusiastically recommended them!

Extremely professional and goes the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly. High standards for quality and it shows. Great communication and follow-up. Had an issue with material defects (not their fault) and they were quick to remedy and replace the faulty items. I would definitely hire again for future jobs!
