I had an issue with bathroom fan condensation. Ivan came over and saw that it's just a matter of a few missing screws, fixed it and didn't even ask for a payment, so I hired him to do more electrical work around the house - replacing switches and thermostats. All were done perfectly, with courteous service. He was always responsive throughout the process.

Ivan is super knowledgeable in his profession. He is so meticulous, professional, honest and dedicated. I had contacted Navi for quote to install EV wall charger. They came next day over to take a look at panel setup, recommend the positioning of charger, advise on end to end process, and provide multiple quotes based on my preference. Although I took quotes from other service companies, why I mainly chose Navi was due to clarity of approach and promise to take care of it end to end including permits and Inspection. They came at promised day, completed the job timely, and everything worked perfectly at first go without any concerns. They were also mindful of future needs on panel and wiring.

I was very satisfied with the work done for me by NAVI. Not only was the work done right, they actually fixed an existing problem with my entry-way dimmer switch that they discovered when replacing my current chandelier. They installed a dining room light, and also a trio/ pendant light over my stove. The one thing they couldn’t do for me was do a patch for the kitchen ceiling and put in a duct for the two fans they replaced upstairs, for which they provided contacts to address. I enthusiastically recommended them!
