FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and upfront, no surprises. For troubleshooting and repairs, we offer a $99 diagnostic visit. If you move forward with the repair the same day, that fee is applied toward the work. All work is quoted at a flat rate before we begin, so you know the full price upfront, not hourly guessing. For other projects (panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, etc.), we provide free estimates when we can quote from photos. If not, we’ll schedule an on-site visit. We also offer a 10% discount for military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We focus on making the process fast, clear, and professional. -You reach out and we gather details (photos help speed things up) -We schedule a 2-hour arrival window and confirm ahead of time -Our electrician arrives in uniform, protects your home (boot covers, clean work), and evaluates the issue -We provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins -If approved, we complete the work same day whenever possible -We test everything, clean up, and walk you through what was done Our goal is to fix it right the first time and make the whole experience smooth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re fully licensed, bonded, and insured electricians with over 20 years of hands-on experience. Our team is trained in residential service, troubleshooting, panel upgrades, EV chargers, and generator systems. We stay current with all electrical codes and safety standards, and we specialize in diagnosing complex issues, not just swapping parts.
