We would use AKZ's Painting Services again in a heartbeat! He was very responsive, cared deeply about doing the job right, and his bid came in at a very reasonable rate. Most other companies had a year long wait and honestly, are taking full advantage of the hot market to charge premium rates. He had some trouble in the beginning of recruiting steady workers - but by the end of our job, he had a great, reliable team who often pointed out other things about the house that needed attention. Even though the job took a bit longer than what we expected - we were very happy in the end. Wan made sure to do a final walk through with us - and any little adjustments were done without compliant. Happy to support a BIPOC emerging entrepreneur!!
