Introduction: The way I train is unlike any other traininer. I mix all workout's I have learned throughout my life. Most trainer's are set in the way they were taught in class while I am taught by years of experiance with soldier's, child athlete's and injurd humans.
I love my job I hope to do it the rest of my life.
