Absolutely perfect execution and super professional service. Will recommend to friends and neighbors. The workmanship and corners were done just the way we wanted it. The team also found ways to reduce downspouts into a central spot for us to put in a cistern. Additionally, they made it easy to schedule and had good availability. They also found ways to improve the life of our gutters with flashing.

I recommend Sapphire Gutter most strongly.
After clearing up the tall trees and bushes around the house, Sapphire was hired to clean up the moss on the composition roof and replace the 38-year old gutter system and downspouts. Rick stands out in all the three companies I was in touch with for the project. He has impressed me with respectfulness, flexibility, and prompt response to my inquiries. The estimate was written most clearly with relevant, informative details but free of self-aggrandizing claptrap you might see elsewhere. To me, of all things, quality is the most important thing when hiring a contractor to maintain the property. It is important to find someone that has expertise, is honest and transparent in what they do (materials used, processes, warranties provided…), willing to work with you, and offers competitive and reasonable price. Rick of Sapphire is such a man. He has exceeded my expectations; my neighbor, having watched what he has done, is ready to hire him for the same job. If you are in the market to do comparison shopping for someone to take care of your gutter and/or roof cleaning, you’ve found the right person in Sapphire Gutter!
