AA and I Flooring did an excellent job laying Costco Harmonics Vinyl flooring throughout a moderate sized 2 bedroom condo we remodeled for resale. Artur, the owner, was quick to fit us into his schedule and he did excellent work. His pricing was fair and comparable to other bids we received. He offered good advice for things we were doing ourselves (namely installing baseboard trim, although he can do that for you, too, if you want) and he answered all of our questions. He did a nice job of leveling and removing squeaks in the subfloor for us. He was able to trim the bottom of the door moulding for us so we didn't have to remove it. He also provided finishing touches like silicone caulk at the joint between bathtub and flooring, and a nice clean cut around the crawlspace access. I called references before hiring Artur and learned that he was very experienced and well respected in the business. I would encourage anyone looking for a beautiful new floor to contact this company. A beautiful continuous floor is really what makes a home "pop" and we are glad that we invested in doing it right.

Arthur did a vinyl flooring in my condo. They ripped out my old carpet and disposed of it. They are quick. Although my condo was small I thought the work would take 2 days. However they worked hard and stay a bit late to finished everything in one day. In my case, some of my old floor was higher so some of the baseboard needs to be replaced. They came back and replaced the baseboard for me in a couple days. It has been a month and i like my new flooring and I had no complaints and I am satisfied about the work they did.
