Prado Painting did an amazing job on my soffits. Everyone is concerned about cost. So to get that out of the way it will be the best deal you will be able to get while improving your house. We have lived in our house for 27 years . Over the years have done two roofs painted about every 6 years but have neglected the soffits. Some places needed sanding. They were very courteous and always cleaned up after their work day . They are very hard workers and their quality of work is hard to find these days . I'll try posting some pictures. The white smudge in one of the pictures is the reflection of my white Husky walking underneath the soffit when I took the picture. Give Prado a call you won't regret it. Your house is your investment.
